Kontz construction did a great job with my siding and capping project. My home looks better than ever. Joe came out and sent a estimate to me quickly. The project manager Bryan was great to work with and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. I would recommend this company to other people.

I recently went with Kontz Construction to replace multiple windows, siding and roof repair. From my first conversation with Joe, it was obvious he was knowledgeable and addressed any questions or concerns I had. Every one of the workers were friendly, professional, efficient and knew what they doing. Chris and Cesar were terrific and did a wonderful job. Jason and crew did a great job, unless you know where the roof was repaired you can’t tell. Bryan kept me updated throughout, answered questions and periodically checked to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend Kontz Construction without hesitation. Recommending or reviewing is something I rarely do, but for Kontz Construction I’ve done both. Thank you Joe, Bryan and crew for doing a great job.

Kontz construction did several jobs for me: replaced my roof, replaced three windows, and replaced some siding. After several quotes, Kontz had the best and most fair offer. Communication throughout the projects was great and each crew was timely, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

great crew, very pleased and I am very fussy. They redid an existing deck with trex and also a small 2nd floor balcony. I did not have to ask twice about anything. They took their time and everything turned out great.

We had new windows and siding replaced on our house. The process was smooth from start to finish. We had a couple of special requests that were addressed with immediate responses. The workers were all very pleasant and hard working. Chris and Ceasar who replaced the windows were especially pleasant. The project manager (Brian) could not be more friendly to work with. We would HIGHLY recommend Kontz Construction.

We recently had the siding replaced on our entire house. Since we had old aluminum siding, it meant that all of it had to be removed and disposed of and the house needed to be brought up to code. We also had everything capped. Brian, the Project Manager, and Jason, the site supervisor, were both excellent to work with. They offered suggestions, listened to our design ideas, and worked with us every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with their work! All of the workers were respectful and worked extremely hard (even in the hottest of weather). We highly recommend Joe Kontz Construction!!!

We had our roof replaced by Kontz Roofing and they did an excellent job! Joe was out immediately to inspect the situation and promptly had his team come out and replace our roof. This was over the holiday season. They showed up on time, did an amazing job and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I highly recommend this company!

I am a do-it-yourselfer and am usually hard to please when hiring out work. I was very pleased with the work that Kontz completed for me. The new roof, including replacement of all the plywood on my high roof was completed in a day. The siding was replaced efficiently, and they took the time to replace existing materials when necessary to provide a great finished product.

Phenomenal company! The crew was on site and getting to work first thing (7am) on the morning scheduled. The quality of work was great. We had a full tear off with all new shingles, replaced all rotted fascia & repainted to match the rest of the house & a new gutter system put in. They were completely done in under 2 days. Everything was totally cleaned up by the end of the first day and disposed of like they were never there. We are thoroughly pleased with Kontz Construction and highly recommend them!!!

This is the second time that we have used Kontz Construction for a large renovation/repair project. They have installed a new roof, gutters, two exterior doors, a kitchen floor, wainscotting, drywall, and completely renovated both the master and the main bathrooms. We have been pleased every time with the quality of the work completed and how smoothly the jobs went from start to finish. Joe Kontz is a consummate professional. He is straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. Both times, the prices have been very reasonable. His crew is knowledgeable, professional, and neat - drop cloths are always used, which apparently is not the standard and something we really appreciated. We are already planning to work with them again for some additional projects we want to do next year. We highly recommend Kontz Construction and are pleased to provide our five-star review along with so many others. Thank you, Joe, for another great job. We are thrilled with the results!

We are extremely happy with the work that Kontz Construction did on our home. Joe is the definition of punctual, professional, organized and detail oriented. He walked us through each step and answered all our questions. The work was done on time but more importantly, it was done right. We wanted quality and that is what we got. We will sleep well knowing our roof, siding, gutters and windows won’t be a source of worry for many years to come. Thank you, Joe!

Kontz Construction put on a new roof and repaired some significant interior structural damage for me. The crew were very easy to work with and professional. Very happy with the results and would definitely have them back for future work. When things get difficult or projects get complicated they do not hesitate they solve problems and get the job done.

From start to finish, Joe & his crew were very easy to work with. We put an addition on to a rancher home and it is nothing short of beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The project took less 2 months and we were only displaced for 2-3 weeks of it. The project manager communicated with us every step of the way. We would recommend Kontz to anyone and everyone looking to do work to their home! Thank you, The Davies.

My wife and I recently contracted Kontz Construction to build a covered deck off of the back of our home. We were very happy from beginning to end. They were very professional. They had an architect to draw up all the plans and they handled all of the permits. Once the work started, they were very logistic in completing the job. There were very few lapses in work, mostly attributed to inspections. The workers were kind and courteous, and kept the worksite clean. We are very satisfied with the work that they did and would highly recommend them. We are so happy with our new outdoor space! Thank you Kontz Construction!
